Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

The Delivery of Products ordered by the Customer is limited to France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia, Ireland.

The Products purchased will be sent by the usual postal services, in particular by means of the "Colissimo 48h" service from the delivery of the Products ordered to the Post Office , and in any event at the latest within two (2) working days from the day following that of the final validation of the order by the Customer. The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the confirmation of the order.

For Corsica: The transport time can be extended by 1-2 working days.
The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times of orders.

In the event of items deliverable on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. LE COUVENT reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in delivery costs will then be invoiced for only one shipment.

The Customer is invited to regularly check the status of his order on his account and to contact LE COUVENT for any questions or in the event of a problem relating to the delivery of his order by e-mail to the following address hello@lecouventparfums.com.

In the event of late delivery, the Customer may report this delay to LE COUVENT by e-mail to the address next hello@lecouventparfums.com. In this case, and as long as the Product has not been shipped, the Customer may always cancel his order by sending an e-mail to the following address hello@lecouventparfums.com, or by sending a registered letter with request for notice of reception at the following address: LE COUVENT, Consumer Service, 79 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris.

RETURNS & amp; REFUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days, from receipt of the Product (s) delivered, to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay a penalty. When the period of fourteen (14) clear days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify LE COUVENT, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: LE COUVENT, Consumer Service, 79 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, or by email to hello@lecouventparfums.com, sa decision to withdraw by means of a declaration without ambiguity, expressing his will to withdraw, indicating in particular his identity, his delivery and billing address (if these are different), the order number, the date of receipt of the order. For this purpose, LE COUVENT provides the Customer with a model withdrawal form appearing in Annex 2 of the GTCS.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can also use the model withdrawal form available in Annex 2 of these GTC. LE COUVENT will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal by email.
In accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code, the Customer undertakes to return the Products for which he exercises his right of withdrawal, to his costs, within fourteen (14) days following notification to LE COUVENT of its right of withdrawal.

To facilitate reimbursement, the Product (s) must be returned, complete (s) in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.) at the following address: Skipper Logistics: Chemin des Caires, ZA des Caires - 26800 ETOILE SUR RHONE. br>
However, and in application of the provisions of Article L. 221-28 paragraph 5 ° of the Consumer Code, the Customer may not exercise his right of withdrawal and, therefore, return the Products, when said Products delivered will have been unsealed by the latter, after delivery, and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of safety. hygiene or health protection.

If the aforementioned conditions are met, LE COUVENT will reimburse the Customer, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the right of withdrawal, the sums corresponding to the Products for which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, including delivery costs.

However, reimbursement by LE COUVENT may be deferred until recovery of the returned Products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Products, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.

Furthermore, LE COUVENT will not be not required to reimburse the additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method offered by LE COUVENT hereunder.

The reimbursement will be made via the means of payment used by the Customer when not sation of the returned order.
